It is the official gazette established under the Industrial Property Law. All decisions made by the administrative authority that affect filed registration applications are published in this gazette.

Publications made through the Industrial Property Bulletin (BPI) are public in nature; proceedings and decisions shall be authentic and effective as of their publication therein. The regulations governing the BPI are set forth in Chapter VIII, Articles 54 through 57 of the Industrial Property Law.
