What Is Mediation?
It is a voluntary conflict resolution process in which a neutral third party (mediator) helps the parties involved reach a mutually satisfactory agreement. To facilitate this process and ensure its effectiveness, SAPI employs professionals trained by the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) Arbitration and Mediation Center, an international leader in the resolution of disputes between private parties.
